Friends of Whitewebbs and Enfield RoadWatch have been working with CPRE-London on highlighting potential legal issues with the proposed leasing of part of Whitewebbs Park to Spurs. A legal opinion was sought and the barrister believes there are problems with what is proposed. The following letters went out this week to the LBE legal department and to Spurs.
