A new academic text about the Green Belt draws on the work done by Enfield RoadWatch in collaboration with The Enfield Society and CPRE-London. The new book Repurposing the Green Belt in the 21st Century is free to download. Of particular interest are references to Enfield on pages 89, 99 and 111. The source work, Space to Build, Enfield, is a detailed survey of previously-developed/ brownfield sites available in the borough, which could save building on the Green Belt.
